I’ve had several of our participants comment on how their body’s are in the best shape ever when they attend our classes regularly at Pulse Fitness as opposed to other fitness facilities. I believe there are several reasons for this. One of which is our variety of classes. Other fitness facilities offer the same class at the same time everyday which typically means people are working on only one aspect of fitness.
There are 3 main aspects of physical fitness; cardio endurance, muscular strength/endurance, and flexibility. Without all 3 of these your body will not preform to its maximum potential.
BOTTOM LINE: If you want to see changes in your body you need to vary your workouts.
Not to mention a variety of workouts keeps things interesting.
We offer everything from XaBeat, to Kick & Tone, Butts & Guts, Pilates/Stretch, Zumba, Barre…(the list goes on).
