Why PULSE group fitness classes?
Some of us think “group fitness classes would be fun but coordination is not my strong suit” so we decide not to join in. Instead we may think it would be easier to go to a gym and hop on a machine and do our own thing…but are we really challenging ourselves? Are the workouts we’re doing really challenging and changing our bodies, our minds and our overall health and wellness?
Group Fitness classes are meant to give you a great workout, challenging your mind and body as well as giving you a sense of accomplishment. I believe after a workout you should feel as though you pushed yourself more than you did the day before but should NEVER walk out feeling like you’re going to puke or pass out. I believe those types of workouts do 2 things:
- Trains your mind and body to hate/dread working out.
- Promotes injuries.
At PULSE FITNESS we encourage you to work out smarter. Yes, we will challenge you. Yes, you’ll be feeling sore/tight. Yes, you’ll sweat AND as long as you take it at your own pace and listen to your body you WILL feel EMPOWERED after every workout with us.

FOR BEGINNERS: Back to Basics
Form is key to achieving your desired results in fitness. Let us break down the moves for you and get you started on the right foot. Join us Monday nights for Back to Basics. This class equip you with the tools you need to get the most out of your workouts no matter where you workout.
INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED : Shape-Up
This small group personal training class will challenge you at your level. These workouts are based around an interval style. Interval, meaning we alternate between cardio and strength training to give you an awesome fat burning workout. As I said before “form is KEY” therefore we will work with you to assist you in making that your number one priority in any workout.
Barre Specialty: ALL LEVELS!
If you’ve been wanting to try Barre and are a little uneasy about jumping into a regular scheduled class OR would like to learn more about the different levels of modality so you can really challenge yourself, this class is for you!
